Fehler beim Speichern

Der Mitarbeiter öffnet ein PDF vom Netzwerklaufwerk, fügt noch andere aus dem gleichen Verzeichnis dazu. Führt dann die OCR Erkennung aus und rotiert manche Seiten. Wenn er dann einfach auf "speichern" klickt, l kommt die angehängte Fehlermeldung. Danach wird er dann zu "Speichern unter" umgeleitet. Und Acrobat zeigt eine zufällige Buchstabenfolge mit der Endung .tmp an. Diese kann dann überschrieben und als PDF gespeichert werden.

Thanks for sharing this issue again, and we understand how disruptive it can be.

 

From the behavior you’ve described, where “Save” fails but “Save As” works, this is most likely related to saving directly to a network drive, mapped drive, or synced folder (e.g., OneDrive, Dropbox, or other server locations). Acrobat is more sensitive to file-locking and connection interruptions on such drives, which can result in save errors even if the file appears accessible.

 

 

Suggested Workarounds:

  • Use “Save As” and save to a local drive (like your desktop), then move the file to the network location.

  • Or, edit the file from your local system and copy it back after saving.

  • Ensure the network connection is stable and that permissions on the target folder are not restricted.

Hi and Hallo,

there where no changes to the enviroment. About a month ago it wasn´t a problem, so we thought it is related to the last Acrobat Update.

Eventuell ist der Dateipfad (Netzlaufwerk + Verzeichniss(e) +Dateinamen) zu lang, sodass der Speicherversuch scheitert?! Überlicherweise sollte 255 Zeichen nicht überschritten werden.
