System: OS X El Capitain 10.11.6

HardwaMac Pro (Early 2009)

Hi Jine,

I´ve got the same error message. I read that lock and unlock the keychain on Mac could help. The only thing that helped in my chase was to logout and than login again to the Creativ Cloud Client.

Best wishes,

Jana

Please help!

I've been getting the error message for a few days now: You can't use Acrobat DC at the moment. For more information on how to resolve the issue, contact support with reference code 205.

I cleaned and installed now the the Creative Cloud menu again. But the Acrobat does still not work. Is the Version to old now? I can not update the OS X System, because my Computer is an early 2009 Mac Pro.
