File damaged and corrupted message with any external downloaded pdf. If i open a pdf in an email attachment it opens fine. I reinstalled acrobat dc, cleared internet cache. How do I resolve this?

The file is not a valid PDF file. The end of the file is cropped.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to open the PDF file and getting the error 'the file is damaged'

There can be many reason of PDF file corruption such as Sudden power failure, viruses, Improper Downloading, System malfunction or incorrect creation process.

I have tried to open the file you have attached and got the same error message. Please check out the steps share in the help page Resolve damaged document error when opening PDF files and see if that works for you.
