File Status: Archived

Question

I don't save my personal document on cloud, but today I have accidentally found a private file was  on cloud and marked as Archived. I can still open and download it, but I am not able to delete the file. This is so annoying. Any suggestion? Thanks.

Hi @fjsphuynh

I believe you are on your Adobe Acrobat Sign account, and there you have your Archived folder in the left handside menu.

These are the files that were either sent for signature or received for it and later archived once the job was done.
