Files not loading for e-sign

Hi, 

I am a new user and have an adobe pro version. I have a problem with sending documents for e-signature. As soon as I click on "Specify where to sign" a document starts loading and it loads, loads and loads without end. I checked it already on different files and different emails. I also reinstalled the application on my PC. Nothing helps. 

I would appreciate it if anyone smarter could help me with the issue.

Thanks for reporting this to us. 

We see that you did try a couple of troubleshooting steps. However, that didn't fix the problem. 

Try logging in on Document Cloud web and see if you can share the file from there or does it load:  https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ 

 

If it works on the web, then-

  • Sign out of the Acrobat desktop app once and Sign back in.
  • Navigate to Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected View" and "Enhanced Security">OK>close and reopen Acrobat [Windows only]

Note: these changes are only for testing purposes. Once tested, please change it back to the previous setting.
