fill and sign not working properly!

I always use the feature fill and sign to simply fill out a document, why am I getting a post here when trying to fill it out??

This is a special kind of PDF form. You can't use Fill & Sign on it. Fill in the fields and use the Pencil commenting tool to sign it, or print it out and sign it manually.
