Fillable Form

I created a fillable form to share with clients.  I needed to add additional information lines, the additions are not showing as fillable.  How do I get the new lines fillable?  Thank you, new to Adobe.

Can you describe the workflow and tools you used to add your new content?  Did you make your edits from the "Prepare Form" set of tools?  Can you share a screenshot of your work/file?  It cold be helpful for troubleshooting.

I went into the document to make the updates. I used Edit PDF to make the changes.

Instead of the Edit PDF tools, use the Prepare Form toolset.  You'll find all the field types you need - especially the Text field that I believe you need.
