Fillable PDF's Pixelated Issue

Hello,

Recently I was helping a user who was provided a new HP ProBook 455 G7 laptop with an AMD Ryzen 7 processor. Their fillable PDF's and also normal PDF's turn pixelated whenever they click within the PDF. Has anybody seen this?
