Fillable PDF text squished down

Hi,

We use a fillable PDF for purchase requests at our office. Somehow the file is squishing or distorting the text to the point it is unreadable in anything but FireFox and cannot be physically printed correctly either. We like our form, but we are really struggling with having to use a particular browser and not being able to print. Can someone please provide a suggestion We can try? Attached is a screenshot of what is happening. Sometimes it happens to the whole form. Sometimes it happens to part of the form. We have mostly all PC users. Macs have their own issues.
