Fillable PDF

I have a fillable lineup card for a soccer organization (I did not create it).  One the first page there are four cards.  I want to be able to enter the players jersey # and names in the first card and have it copy to the other three one the first page.  How can I do that?

Use the same name for the fields.

Did you create the form? Do you have Adobe Acrobat, or just the free Reader?

I did not create the form.  I am filling in the PDF online no specific app.

Then you can't do it automatically. Copy and paste the value from one field to another.

Thanks.  That's what I have been doing but I have over 100 of these that I need to create and it will take forever to complete.  What if I take the PDF and convert it to Word and then create my own version.  Will that work?

If you do that you will lose all the fields and will have to re-create them all from scratch.

Someone with Acrobat could do this edit for you.

PS. If you need to fill in 100 forms I would strongly suggest doing it using a Mail Merge tool, like this (paid-for) one I've created: https://www.try67.com/tool/acrobat-mail-merge-and-email-pdf-files

In Adobe Acrobat use the tool "Prepare a Form" and change the field names.
