Every professional using Acrobat needs the ability to check off comments that have been mentioned, and filter them so only unchecked ones are visible. It was a there and now it's gone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat, updated to the latest version, deleted my preference file. But that filter has disappeared. Please bring in back.

Try disabling the new (and buggy) Acrobat UI, via Menu - Disable New Acrobat.

Hi @soujo1 ,

We have recently updated the UI for filters. The filter for checkmark is present in UI.

I am attaching a screenshot of the filter.

Please let me know if this resolves your query. If not, could you please share a small screen recording of your workflow so that we can understand and work on the problem.

Thanks.

The option for filtering by check box is missing. Last week it was not. Your screenshot shows what should be there, but I do not have any option between types and color for filtering.

Hi @soujo1 @Matthew34067804a31i @martin OP,

I'm following up to see if you are still experiencing this issue. Try the latest update of Acrobat on your machine.

To check for any pending updates, Launch Acrobat > Help Menu> Check for updates.

Let us know how it works; we'd be happy to assist.

I'm having the same issue. It happens in one file but not others.

I was editing the (embargoed) content so I could share the file, but the problem went away when I deleted some of the comments. Hope this helps you narrow down the issue.
