Firma con certificado electrónico

Recientemente no me aparece la opción de firmar con un certificado electronico. Cuando pincho en "Utilizar un certificado" electrónico la barra de herramientas me aparece vacía desde hace 2 días, cuando normalmente aparecían varias opciones como la de Firmar Electronicamente.

Ideally, this shouldn't be happening. Have you tried the app's behavior with other PDF files?

Please ensure your copy of Adobe Acrobat is updated. To check for any pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check For Updates.

If you are still experiencing the issue, help us with the following details:
