Firma digital no aparece

Alguna idea?

Hi mart_0179,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

Please try creating a new digital signature and check if you experience the same behavior. To create a new digital ID, you may refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3VkFSLi

Also, please check if this happens with a particular document or all documents. Try adding a signature on any alternate document that is saved locally.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Thanks, but I've tried as you told and it didn't work. I created a new one and the same happens. The issue happens to all documents, not just the one. The certificate comes from a file and I've even tried to sign with it using the file instead, but it doesn't work. The thing is that when trying to sign, when the configuration window just before signing pops out, the preview of the signature is just the Adobe logo. If I click edit, a window with the option to include or exclude the name, date, logo, reason, distingished name, etc pops out and I've made sure that all of the previous are turned on, but the preview doesn't change. I can sign, but it only appears as the Adobe logo, without the information previously mentioned.

Thanks
