Firma digital: ventana para seleccionar certificado no abre

Hola, 
firmo habitualmente con autofirma sin ningún problema. Por las limitaciones que tiene he instalado Adobe.
He seguido las instrucciones de Adobe y de la FNMT para poder utilizar el certificado digital (de 2021). Después de marcar el recuadro de la firma la pantalla se pone gris, igual que en los tutoriales que he consultado, pero la ventana donde debería poder escoger el certificado no aparece.

- Utilizo Acrobat Pro DC 2019-021-20049 on Sonoma 14.2.1 
- El certificado funciona sin problemas en páginas web que exigen un certificado para el acceso y en autofirma

Please go to Preferences (Ctrl,Cmd +K) > Signatures > Under, Creation and Appearance Click 'More' and uncheck 'Use Modern user interface for signing and Digital ID configuration' as shown in the screenshot below and see if that works.
