Fix Skipped items in an accesible pdf

Hello,

Can any one help with this problem. I ahve created a docuemnt with indesign and exported it as pdf. When I run the accesablity checker it show that under Page Content - tagged content and tagged annotations have been skipped. Also under table, Headersa nd Summary are skipped (see image attacehd)

How do I find out what has been skipped. So I can fix the problem. As when it is sent to the cleint they will not use this pdf until these problems are fixed.
