When you convert a PowerPoint file to PDF, Acrobat and Office rely on the fonts installed locally on your computer—not the ones synced only through Adobe Fonts in the cloud.
Recommended Solutions:
Use Acrobat’s “Create PDF” Tool Directly. Instead of exporting from PowerPoint, open Acrobat and use: Menu > Create > PDF from File, or in PowerPoint, use the Acrobat ribbon to create the PDF.
Embed fonts in PowerPoint before exporting. In PowerPoint, go to File > Options > Save > Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation.. Enable “Embed fonts in the file” and choose Embed all characters. Then save and export to PDF again. (Steps may vary due to the version installed)
