Font Package Required

Hello,

I have several users that see the below image: 

And we are aware that it is because there are some Chinese characters in the document. But when I try to install the Font Package from Adobe's site, I get:

I am on the latest version of Adobe and I have run the repair installation and rebooted as well. Is there anyone who can help me?

Thank you for your reply! That post does not help me as I still get the same error message that I have pictured above. That page is where I got my initial download from.

We are sorry to keep you waiting. Would you mind sharing the bit version of the application you are using? Is it 32 bit or 64 bit application?
