'Form options' under Edit is missing

We often need to export the data in a PDF form, but the 'Form Options' under the Edit menu is sometimes missing. Is there something that causes this feature to not show up?

Please post a screenshot (using the Insert Image tool) of what you're seeing.

It's showing now, but on one of our employees PC computers it's missing. Using Acrobat Pro DC

Post a screenshot from the computer where it's not working... As well as the window that opens when you go to Help - About.

Could be a Windows v. Mac issue. Just have them look it up under the Tools panel...

Yes! the Import Data/Export Data shows up if we search for it in the tools panel.

We're still not sure where that tools in the menus but as long as we can search for it, we can use it.

I am having this issue and we run all Mac's. My computer shows "Form Options" but someone else's doesn't.

Are you sure they're using Acrobat? And the same version of it as you do?

Same exact version. We're all running 2020.006.20042, but I am running a newer MacOS. That could be it, I guess.

Same exact problem just recentlt started happening for me.  

You can also find the data tools under the "More" menu just above the list of fields when in form edit mode.
