Hi marym60855008,

Could you please check if the following setting is available under Printer properties:

Select your printer from the drop down option under Printer>click Properties>Paper Quality>Print Quality>switch between the dpi options available, check the box EconoMode>OK

What's the version of Acrobat installed on your computer?

Which Operating System you have on the machine- Mac/Windows?

Have you tried printing from other applications like TextEdit/MSWord?

Do not have those options "negative" etc etc. in Advanced Print Setup.

Under color Management "Treat Grays as K-only grays" and "Preserve Black"

are checked. I have an HP Laserjet M1530 black & white (not color)

printer.

Adobe Acrobat 8, windows 10

no problem printing from anything else
