Forms showing as blank in Acrobat PRO after most recent update

Question

After the most recent update a while back, where the whole interface changed, I have a lot of problems with forms showing up as blank.  When I open the form in something else, like DocHub, the fields are filled in.  These are the same PDF forms I have bene using for years.  Nothing has changed with them.  I do not know how to fix this other than to try and install an old version of Adobe, which I am not even sure is allowed.

To go back to the old UI click the Options button at the top left corner (Windows) or open the View menu (Mac) and select Disable New Acrobat.
