Out user finds that the Arial font is shown as garbled text in Chrome.  The affected text has been inspected.  Under Rendered fonts it shows Z@REA13.tmp - loacal file (357 glyphs).  Someone mentioned that this is related to Acrobat Reader.  Our user has installed the update of Acrobat Reader on August.  However, the problem still exists.  Is there any suggestion on this?

Thank you for the suggestion, grateful if you can verify if below is correct.

1. Clearing font cache
- In Dev tool, under 'Network', click 'Disable Cache' and reload the page?

2. Reset font setting in chrome

- Under Chrome 'Settings' -> 'Appearance' -> 'Custom Fonts' -> try edit the font family for e.g. Sans-serif font ?

3. Re-installing font on system

- Take windows workstation as example, at 'Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Fonts', delete the font e.g. Arial and re-install again?

Thank you.

Anyone has suggestion on this?

The reported problem was solved after applying Adobe April patch. However, the problem was encountered again recently. Does anyone encounter similar issue? If yes, any recent Adobe patches  applied in the workstation?
