getting a distiller error when trying to print my document so that I can request digital signatures

I am using a pdf file that was created by my parent company. It's a sales form that I fill out and then print as a pdf so that I can send it out for digital signatures. It has worked fine until they made an update that won't allow me to make changes on the form without a password, which they won't let me have.  Then when I go to save the form it gives me these errors. Can someone help?

No, your parent company needs to tell you, how you can solve your issue. It is not possible to create PDFs from protected documents.

An option would be to print to paper and then scan the printed document. But this would creak your paperless workflow.
