Question

Getting a pdf created from a web page to automatically open once it is created?

I use Windows 10 and Google Chrome.  Is there a setting somewhere or a way to turn a webpage into a pdf file that will automatically open the pdf file once it is created?  I either right-click on the webpage, use the "print" menu selection, and have it saved as a pdf file.  If that doesn't work, I right-click the page and select the "convert to pdf "menu option.  Sometimes, neither one will convert the whole page, leaving pictures and other items out until you have almost nothing of the page.

I'm sorry.  When I got to the Adobe PDF Printer preferences, that box was already checked.  I just wish when I printed a webpage to PDF or converted a webpage to a PDF, it would automatically open.  I waste a ton of time drilling down to find the file and  then having to open it so I can work on it.

This setting will work when you print to "Adobe PDF".

Hi
Since your question is about PDFs , I have moved this from the "Get Started" forum to "Acrobat" for you.

It is Adobe Acrobat Pro XI.  I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that.  Thanks!
