getting error message -Acrobat installation failed -error code 136 & failed with exit code: 1603

Good day Team, 

one of my end-user facing challange and Acrobat installation failed - in-side creative cloud apps. but he able to install photo shop.

Exit Code: 7
Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR: DW003, DW071 ...

ERROR: DW071: 

ERROR: DW003: Third party payload installer Adobe Acrobat\Setup.exe failed with exit code: 1603

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 we run creative cloud tool however still we facing same error.

kindly advise me the steps to fix it
