I am trying to send a document out for esignature but keep getting the message that I have exceeded my page limit.  Further:

"This document cannot be sen out for e-signature because it exceeds the page limit for your license"

I have never encountered this and I REALLY need to get this document out to be signed.

I have Adobe Pro

Hi Julie29465327wk2e,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please let us know the number of pages in the file you are sending for signature.

There are limits set to the level of the Acrobat Sign plan you are using. You may refer to the following help document for more information: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/transaction-limits.html.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

I am expereincing the same issue.  I have a Adobe Pro and have uploaded a document that is 2.8MB (I condensed the file just to be sure) and 29 pages.  I am well under the limits.  I would appreciate any assistance

I am having the same issue with 1 4 page document!  Have you figured out the issue?

Please LMK

Andrea

Hi at22224

Thank you for reaching out.

Please refer to the information provided in the following help document on transaction consumption: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/adobesign-transaction-consumption.html

Also, refer to all transaction limits mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/transaction-limits.html.

As mentioned above, you have only a 14-page document. Would you mind sharing the document with us to replicate the behavior?

Do you experience this with any other document?

We will wait for your response for further investigation on this.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

You are very correct, it is very difficult to navigate!  I just want to get back to work and it is very frustrating.  Thank you for your assistance and advice.  I appreciate any help I can get!!
