Global font change in Adobe Acrobat DC fillable forms?

I am creating a fillable form.  I would like all fillable cells to default to Times Roman.  I seem to have to do it one cell at a time.  Is there a way to do every fillable cell at once?

Also, when the system's best guess for fillable cells isn't correct, I have to drag until it fits my predetermined cell.  Is there a "snap to desired space" kind of option to speed things up?

It's easier to select multiple fields in the Fields panel.

Displaying them by alphabetical order allows to select them regardless of their page.

Unfortunately, there's no filter by type so if you only want to select text fields it can become quite challenging.

Re font change: You can select multiple fields and change that setting for all of them at once.

It can also be done using a script.

How do I choose multiple fields at once?  Sorry, I'm just beginning. . . .

In Form Prepare mode Ctrl/Shift click the fields on the page or in the Fields list on the right, or click+drag on the page to draw a selection rectangle. Then right-click one of the selected fields, select Properties and edit the font value.

Hi,

Create one cell with the desired formatting (font type, font size, etc). Then right-click on the form field and select "Create Multiple Copies".

You wil then be able to work with this dialogue box:

To snap to grid see slide below:

Thank you, this is very helpful.  I have converted a Word Doc to PDF and "prepared form" so Adobe chooses (guesses) all the fillable cells.  Assuming they are all correct, it looks like the default font for text cells is Helvitica.  Is there a way to globally change all to Times Roman without doing one at a time?  Using "Multiple copies" is helpful and will speed things up but it is not global.   Or, perhaps is there a way to make the default font Times Roman instead of Helvetica?

Did you ever figure out a way to change the 'prepare form' default from Helvetica? I'm trying to do the same and make multiple forms. It's annoying to have to change it for each one, even if I can select all and do it that way
