Google drive access denied

Question

Gettting an error in Acrobat where random documents from a shared google drive cannot be opened using adobe. I'm getting an "Access Denied" error but I can confirm that they can access the documents outside of Acrobat. Anyone encounter any similar issue?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry to keep you waiting.

For testing purposes, please try to turn off the protected mode for testing. Go to Preferences (Ctrl,Cmd+K) >Enhanced Security > Uncheck, enable protected mode at startup > click OK and reboot the application and check.

Note: Please turn on the security after testing to avoid any security risk
