Government Non subscription option?

Looking to replace aged out version X for a pair of government Macs.  However, a subscription model is not viable for our workspace.  Does Abobe no longer make any standalone version Acrobat professional?

Being standalone, and being non-subscription, are not at all the same thing...

If you need something that will work standalone, i.e. on computers without the internet in highly sensitive areas, there are special licensing programs for selected government agencies. They may still be subscription based. https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/buy/government.html

Understood.  To clarify then, I'll need both standalone and non-subsciption.  One is a connnectivity/security concern, the other is a funding logistics concern. Thank you for the info.
