You can use the drawing tool:

Bernd's suggesion is all there is as Acrobat does not have any OCR capabilities for script in images. Any handwritten text will remain as an image and is not searchable.

Hope that falls within your expectations.

When you work with the Drawing tool, the very first time you lift your mouse, there will be a "link" box around that item. This is so that any drawing you do will allow a comment box on the right side of the window. This is only for the first part of your drawing and after clicking done and going back to the drawing (and clicking anywhere), this bracket should disappear.

There's nothing that can stop this from happening and just ignore it for the most part.

Does that help?

Thank you for the reply (:

My issue is, that I use a Wacom Tablet, with this pen.. and when I try to write myself notes - it's really tough working with it.. no workflow.

Microsoft Office apps manage it much better, I just convert the PDF to a PPT / DOC and work there.. (in my non-professional opinion - if they managed - Adobe needs to step up their game STAT)..
