Hashtags for Alt text

I have createive cloud desktop (2023.003.20201) version and recently noticed that when I convert a word document to a pdf, the alt text is displaying as a hashtag.  While I can manually remediate the pdf to include the correct alt text, this seems like a similar bug that was reported for an earlier version that was resolved.  Is the same bug on the current version?

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    A couple notified this issue of users with this version. However, the fixed version was released immediately. 

    Please install the latest patch 23.003.20215 

    Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)
