Hello my copy of Adobe Acrobat keeps on failing to get text from PDF images.
I can highlight and extract the text off of the images on my phone so I know that it's possible to get the text.
However I keep on trying to get Adobe Acrobat to analyze and identify the text from the images and it keeps failing. Worse yet, Acrobat goes into a loop were it keeps on re-analyzing the images in order to identify the text and it keeps failing.
The only thing I can think of is that the text in these images is white. However I don't know how to invert the color for all the images in a single PDF.

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.
What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20759 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/4aKqY69 and see if that works.
