Help! Adobe Acrobat Won't Open Any PDFs
I'm experiencing a sudden issue with Adobe Acrobat. Overnight, it stopped opening any PDFs, and I keep getting the error:
"Something went wrong – A running instance of Acrobat has caused an error."
I've already tried:
Nothing has worked. (The issue appeared suddenly overnight, along with some network problems. At the same time, I couldn't access Google or YouTube. I fixed the browser issue by setting Google's DNS in Chrome, but I’m not sure if these problems are related.)
Has anyone experienced something similar? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I‘ve tried solution 2 that looks different on my computer, so I don't know how to use this solution.

Thank you!

Hello!
I hope you are doing well.
If you have tried all the solutions from the following article, including registry settings, and the issue persists, please use the Acrobat Cleaner Tool to remove the currently installed application along with any conflicting or corrupt files. Then, restart your machine, install any pending or optional operating system updates, restart again, and reinstall Acrobat.
For testing purposes, please change the network connection type like switch to Wifi from LAN and vice-versa, and check.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Anand Sri.
