Help - how to contact support to cancel adobe pro subscription

Question

I inadvertently used my active staff academic email  (rather than a personal email) to subscribe to acrobat pro directly from adobe. Signing into adobe does not allow me to cancel the acrobat pro subscription as it is linked to my active staff licence. I have contacted my university directly and as I downloaded directly from adobe they can't cancel my subscription. I am unable to contact adobe directly to cancel - I can't find any numbers, emails and I can't get anywhere with the chat bot. Really appreciate any help or leads as to how to cancel this month,y subscription.......!

We have checked your account with the email address used to sign in here in the community.

There is no active subscription under that account.
