Help! Not able to request an e-signature

I have the full Adobe Pro Creative Cloud plan yet still have been facing issues getting a document sent out for e-signatures.

I get the below error message "Could not send - you are not authorized to send documents for signature."

This is driving me crazy - since the plan we have is supposed to cover e-signatures.

I have logged on and logged out of creative cloud and have even tried on the web browser -- but nothing seems to work.

Very disappointed.

Hi @hulfah

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

We see that you have a Creative Cloud Teams subscription registered under your account, which covers all Adobe CC products. So as Adobe Acrobat DC and along with that Sign services.

We could think of a couple of possibilities for not being able to use the services.

1- Since it's a team subscription, is it managed by your IT team? If yes, please check with them if the E-sign services have been restricted.

2-

Did your recently change your Adobe ID to a different email address? If yes, then that's the cause of the issue.

The issue occurs when the Adobe ID is changed. Still, the Adobe Sign account is not automatically updated if there is already an existing Adobe Sign account with the new email address.

Let us know if any of the scenarios match the situation.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Hi,

Unfortunately none of the scenariaos match.

Only that my email is used for multiple accounts - a private one and the team one. But I have signed in using the team one where I am supposed to have full admin capabilities. Would appreciate help with this as I have an urgent document I need to send to someone for signature and they do not have the availibility to print the document.

Thank you!

I would appreciate help from you -- especially as it looks like my private profile is the one with the admin but my private profile does not have access to the creative cloud plan. When I use the SMPF user login all via the same email it still does not work.

I urgently request assistance from the Adobe team since this is a feature that should be working and that we are paying for but is not. There is only one user on our account which is the one I am using.
