HELP! Side by side configuration is incorrect

Question

As you can see, I get this prompt whenever I try to open any PDF. I have never seen it and am completely clueless about what to do. I am not a very technologically sound person and that's why I am very confused. Can someone please help me?

This error used to report in the earlier version of Acrobat. Mainly the perpetual licenses.

What is the Acrobat version and OS you are working on?

It's a run time error, mainly caused because of missing Microsoft Visual C++ or corrupted Visual C++ libraries.
