Hi,
I did a schedule and saved as PDF. now have the Adobe to change it but
how or could I just keep the frame work I have on it? I can't figure out how to get rid of all the text and table or text boxes.
Plus I can't even get text to go in the table which is a calendar and I need to change the info
Thanks

Hi Kevin,
I regret to say you have higher expectations of Acrobat than it can deliver.
You do not say which version of Acrobat you have but you do need either Standard or Pro. You cannot do any editing in Reader.
Either way, the kind of editing that is capable in Acrobat is to fix a miss-spelling, fix a date, substitute one image with another (of the same size and shape). Simply, a PDF is a digitally printed document and if you have printed that on an actual printer, you could do NO editing of it at all. But Acrobat is NOT a word processing program or a page layout program. So, the kind of editing you are talking about is not in the Acrobat toolbox.
That said, probably the best option you have is to save the file as a Word document, do your editing, and then resave as a PDF.
Good luck!

As mentioned by Gary, if that calendar is the product of scanned image or an image that was produced from a print using "Print As Image" you will not be able to edit that.
However, if the calendar table is not an image, and if you do have a paid subscription of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, your best bet in this case is to use the "Edit Text & Images" tool. Not the best way to edit a PDF but you can still use this tool to add/delete images and text boxes.
Simply open the tool and you'll notice that you will be able to edit static content manually. Using the keyboard combination of "CTRL + A" will select all static content text boxes and images; to delete the selection press the"Delete" key.
You may also use mouse and keyboard combinations select and click on specific text boxes, add or delete, delete and modify the text, change Font size, font color as you see fit.
After commiting the changes and exiting this tool, those changes will appear back as static PDF content (not to be confused with the elements that you can add to a document using the "Prepare Form" tool, which is used to add interactive PDF objects such as text fields, dropdown menus, checboxes, digital signature fields, date fields, action buttons, and image fields, for example).
You may, however, recreate that calendar from scratch using the built-in features of the Prepare Form tool (making the calendar interactive and fillable for the user of this document). You can keep the table format that you already have and add text fields on top of it using the "Prepare Form" tool instead.
