Help to sign a pdf!!

I need two signatures on a pdf that is set to lock after the first signature is added. The document says it's too large to request e-signatures and so I'm not sure how to go about getting both signatures. Is there a work-around for this? I need to submit this form soon and am not getting a reply from the department the form is for, so any help is appreciated.

Hi help_2505,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please check the transaction limit for the Acrobat Sign:https://adobe.ly/4nTc3hU. If you can reduce the file size, it will be easier to achieve the required workflow.

As you have to send the document for signature and use the digital signature field, you may ask the first signer not to lock the document when adding a signature. When adding the digital signature, unmark the box for "Lock document after signing". Check the screenshot below for reference. Check if that helps.

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions or need help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

When using a signature field you can explicitly set under its Properties (in the Signed tab) which fields to lock.
