Hi William,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are unable to open transcripts using Acrobat, is that correct?

Try troubleshooting steps given in the following help document:

Can't open PDF

Also, let us know what happens when you try to open the file? Is there any error message?

Have you tried opening other pdf files to check if its not a file specific issue?

Also, let us know dot version of Acrobat and the operating system installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Yes, it says error, contact administrator if it continue's. Most of the other files work, so I'm not sure if it's how I saved my file.

Could you share the screenshot of the complete error message you are getting?  To share the screenshot here in the forums, refer to the steps given in this link: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

Also, try launching Acrobat as an administrator and then open the pdf and check if that works: Run an Adobe program as administrator | Windows 7, Vista
