How can the Floating Toolbar be hidden?
Looked through some previous posts, but suspect they reference earlier versions of Acrobat DC because the settings options shown are not the same.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
The option to hide the quick toolbar is not yet present, You may share your feedback with the engineering team using the link https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

Thank you for the information.
It's unfortunate that Quick Toolbar cannot be hidden, I find myself having to move it frequently because it covers part of zoomed-in pages.

Yes it's absolutely wild you can't dock this thing somewhere. It's incredibly annoying. I hate everything about the new layout for the tools and everything else in the last update. The comments are impossible to use now.

Can't help but wonder why they would think this is an improvement? any testing done prior to release?

Whose idea was this feature? Someone who has never viewed a document before? What is the point of a toolbar that BLOCKS the PDF you're trying to read that you can't hide or get rid of?

This toolbar is quite annoying, I just can't undestand it cannot be removed. I'd also like to add that it is annoying that some tool cannot be removbed from it, and that tool that are lower (...) can't be selected since when three dots are cliked, anoither menu opens, second clik (on the wanted tool) closes the menu, third click selects the preceding tool which is not the selected one, and closes the extra tools... How unusable can that be. Instead of working on appearances Would it be too much to ask to have working tools tht are not hidden behind mutitudes of menus?

We can´t remove the floating tool bar!!!! The dumbest idea in an application - especially when I pay for it.

The best solution is to revert to old version looks (this is not downgrading):
"To the hamburger menu in the upper left corner (where the old File menu used to be) and select Disable New Acrobat, it's about 2/3 down the menu."
