I teach courses regularly using WebEx, and in those courses, I share Adobe Pro documents and annotate as I go. I can get most of the drawing mark-up tools to work on the documents, but the highlighter tool does not work. I click into the document with the highlighter turned on and nothing happens.
Any suggestions about why this is happening and what I can do it fix it? This issue is making my teaching much choppier, and I am losing class time fiddling with other tools as a workaround.

To resolve the issue with the highlighter tool not working in Adobe Acrobat during WebEx sessions, first ensure both Adobe Acrobat and WebEx are updated. If the problem persists, try disabling hardware acceleration in Acrobat's preferences. Additionally, check if the PDF document has any security restrictions that may prevent highlighting. Test with different PDFs to isolate the issue
