Home menu no longer shows Scans by me (document cloud)

Home menu no longer shows Scans by me (document cloud) - it used to until a few weeks ago. (Windows 11 Adobe Acrobat Pro application)

It was a good way to grab scans I'd taken on my phone in the Adobe scan app.

I have tried repairing the app, logging out and back in.

Correct answer Amal.

Thank you both for your help. Unfortunately none of it helped, but perhaps it will provide some clues.

I'm on the same version 20630, no updates available.

Disabling new Acrobat didn't make it appear on the Home screen. (see screenshot)
Deleteing the preferences folder didn't work, but a clue here could be that a) that folder was empty and b) it didn't recreate it
Deleting the DC registry folder also didn't help and again it didn't recreate that folder. And given how much was in that folder, that seems odd. I even tried changing a couple of preferences and neither changed.

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that the issue still exists. Please try to remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/47KIsBo, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/3UI5iCa and see if that helps.

Let us know how it goes.

@Nick Lear I know I am repeating here, but I would just 'revert' back to the classic interface (older).. Just go to View - Disable new Acrobat' and restart, and you should be okay as it was before!

Hi there

We hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

I have checked at my end (Acrobat ver. 25.01.20630 and Win 11), and the option is still there in the application's home menu. I have attached an image for reference.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat Application you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version 25.01.20630. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

As you have already tried repairing and logging out and back in with no success, please try to reset the Acrobat Preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/45Y1umy and see if that works.
