Idk where to post this so it's going here.
I intended to use the trial so I could move shapes around for our (my wife and myself) wedding planning; the planner unfortunately used this damn software, so I had to get a plan. We had our honeymoon out of the country and I neglected to cancel our trial beforehand. I go to cancel so I don't get billed for something I will never use again and there is a bloody $110 cancellation fee. Are you people serious? It took me 3 hours to finnick the shapes into their correct positons with the poorly designed editor and now I have to pay this ridiculous cancellation fee. I would not recommend this software to anyone under any curcumstances, ESPECIALLY since there is a cancellation fee. Software engineering project managers and marketing team, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

For future reference, your wedding planner probably didn't use Acrobat to create your plan, PDF is a file format used by many programs to share documents and Acrobat is intended to make minor pdf edits only, major edits should be made in the original software whenever possible. To determine the program used to create the pdf, go to File> Properties> Description in Acrobat or Reader (Adobe Reader is the free version). You may have had a better experience using Illustrator to edit your pdf, however Illustrator is not a universal pdf editor. The Adobe creative suite is a set of professional tools that all have a learning curve.

Adobe jumped the shark a long time ago. I think they recognize that most people forget about the trial period and hit you witht the cancellation fee. Their software has been surpassed by many apps and frankly adobe isn't as useful as it used to be. So the best thing is not to sign up in the first place unfortunatley. I'm in the same boat. The software stinks.
