How can convert PDF file in Arabic to word perfectly?

Acrobat Pro is the only application from Adobe that can convert a PDF to MS. Word. Having said that, when PDF content is Arabic script regardless whether it is a form or any other, backward conversion will not be satisfactory.

I will explain this issue in a simple English. Although Acrobat supports Arabic in many features, however it sucks in backward conversion when the content is Arabic, and I suggest in this case you use latest Microsoft Office 2016 or later to open the PDF natively in MS. Word, this way you can get a better conversion.

Note that you will always have to fix and adjust resulting document after conversion.
