How can I add "Zoom To" to my quick Tools in Acrobat Pro DC for PC?

I am frustrated that I can add various Zoom tools but can't add the "Zoom To" tool to my quick tools.  I am actually shocked that this isn't a default tool in the quick tools.  I also can't figure out even where, besides in the top menu in the "View" tab, are the zoom tools in order to add "Zoom To" tool to my custom tools.

I am attaching my menu items for zoom in my Acrobat Pro DC for PC.
