How can I add sign icon on my quick tool bar

Hello,

I sign lot of document then I would like to add the "sign" icon on my personnal quick tool bar because I use it often.

When I go to customize tools bar below, I did not find sign icon on the list

Do you know how can I add this icon on my personnal quick tool bar ?

I use adobe pro DC
