Question

How can I combine the results of an Advanced Search into a combined PDF binder?

I deal with approximately 200 PDF files from a client daily. Many of these are form letters that I'd like to combine into one PDF file for printing and mailing. I used the Advanced Search function to find all the documents in the folder with a specific phrase and the results are awesome. How can I then either A- combine those found PDFs into a single PDF Binder or move those PDFs into a new folder that I can then combine into a single document? It would be a huge time saver.

This requires using a script, like this (paid-for) tool I've developed that uses the CSV output of the Advanced Search command to extract the pages where matches were found as a new file:

I think what you want to do is similar, but not exactly the same, though. You want the entire files to be merged, instead of just the individual pages? If so, I could adjust this script to do that for you. You can contact me privately (via a PM) to discuss it further.
