How can I deactivate an Adobe XI license if the old hard drive has been wiped?

I need to deactivate 2 Adobe licenses for laptops that have been wiped.  The support site puts me in an endless loop with no clear answers.  Again I have no access to the old installs as those machines have been wiped.

Go to chat. Type AGENT. Wait for a human. Say you need an ACTIVATION COUNT RESET. Don’t start by mentioning your obsolete Acrobat version!! Use those exact words. two licenses might be an issue unless you registered them both with your Adobe ID, but give it a try.

Thanks that worked.  I wasn't able to get chat but I found a support number to call.
