Hi Vedatd,

The functionality you are looking for currently unavailable in Adobe Acrobat. If you would like to adjust the brightness of the pdf background then you need to take help of an alternative application to get that done.

You may refer to the workaround suggested in the related thread for the similar discussion Adjusting contrast in a PDF document with multiple pages which may would help you.

Sorry for the delayed response and the trouble experience of visiting those obsolete links.
If you have the scanned document, you can try the new feature Enhance Scan file or camera image feature: https://adobe.ly/4gLyykB;

 

Also, you can try removing the background or changing the background using the Adobe Express feature if the document has images: https://adobe.ly/4064E3H;
