How can I insert a field into a fillable PDF so a user can insert his own video?

The user should somehow be able to save his video in the pdf. Best would be if the video could be played inside the pdf, but I'd also be happy for a solution where the video is opened with an external player. This is for a language portfolio on sign languages.

To embed a video the only way for an Acrobat Reader user is to use the "Attach file" Comment tool.

Hi christianf83044213,

One can insert video, audio etc. in PDF by using Adobe Acrobat. More details and steps to add is documented at:

Add audio, video, and interactive objects to PDFs in Adobe Acrobat .

Hope this would help. Let us know in case of any issue/doubt.

Thanks,

Hi Mridula, the link you sent me is about adding media when creating a pdf. I need the user of my pdf to add a video. Is that possible? Thanks, Chris
