How can i install Adobe DC for trial?

Question

I was already using Adobe Reader for free and i wanted to try 7-day trial for the PRO version. If i like it, i planned to upgrade to that version. I downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud but i don't know what to do. I signed up with my e-mail adress and the website told me to download Acrobat DC on Adobe Creative Cloud. I already had Reader so if i sign in there, it also tells me the same thing. But if i try to download Acrobat on Adobe Creative Cloud, it won't install. After the process reaches 100%, nothing happens. I'm not a tech savy person and i'm sorry for my bad English.

Suppose you have Acrobat Reader and want to install the trial for Acrobat Pro. But to avoid confusion, would suggest keeping only one at a time.

Download the Acrobat Pro 7-day free trial from here or run the installer from the download folder as you mentioned, it went to 100%, so it must be somewhere in your computer.

If you are still having trouble downloading and activating a trial of Acrobat pro, then better to

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

and then download the Acrobat Pro again from here: https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/free-trial-download.html
